Order in Canada

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping is unavailable for P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and international orders.
  • Free Standard Shipping (Estimated 2-7 Business Days): Available to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.
  • Standard Shipping (Estimated 7-20 Business Days): Available for Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon at a cost of CAD $20.
  • Expedited Shipping: Rates vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout.

Standard Return Policy:

  • Most online orders may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please note that some items might be final sale or subject to a different return period.
  • Only products purchased directly from mooselog.com are eligible for returns at MooseLog. Items bought from other retailers must be returned according to their specific returns and refunds policies.
  • Returned items must be unworn and in the same condition as when received. They should also be repackaged with all original materials, including the original packaging (such as shoe boxes).
  • Please note that any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
  • Returns from certain remote areas may not qualify for free return service.

Exchange Policy:

We do not offer an exchange program. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to send the item back and then place a new order at mooselog.com.

Submit A Return Request:

1. Log in to your account: 

1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

We are offering standard free shipping* via UPS/FedEx/USPS/Canada Post on U.S. orders shipping to continental US . This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii and remote areas.

Standard Return Policy:

  • Eligible orders may be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Once your return request is approved, please drop off the return package at your nearest carrier store within 7 days.
  • Ensure the item(s) you are returning are unworn and in the same condition received, with all original materials, including tags, accessories, and packaging.
  • All “FINAL SALE” items and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We offer free return shipping for orders within the continental US.
  • Customers returning orders from Alaska and Hawaii are responsible for their return shipping costs.

Refund Policy for US & Canada Orders

Once we receive your return package, we will start processing the refund for you. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after it's been approved and you will receive an email with the details of your refund. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
