Order in Canada
Note: Shipping is not available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders.
Free Standard Shipping (EST. 2-7 Business Days): Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan.
Standard Shipping (EST. 7-20 Business Days): CAD$20 for Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon.
Standard Return Policy for Canada Order
- You can return most online orders within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt (some items may be final sale or have a different return period).
- Only items purchased directly from mooselog.com can be returned to MooseLog. MooseLog products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is unworn and in the same condition when you receive it. Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the original materials, and in their original packaging (this includes shoe boxes). - Any shipping cost is NOT refundable.
- We offer flat rate CAD$9.99 for Canada order returned from AB,BC,MB,NB,NS,ON,PEI,QC,SK.

Submit A Return Request
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

We are offering standard free shipping* via UPS/FedEx/USPS/Canada Post on U.S. orders shipping to continental US . This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii and remote areas.

Standard Return Policy for US Order:
- You can return eligible orders within 30 calendar days from the order delivered date. The return package must be dropped off to the nearby carrier store in 7 days after the return request is approved.
- Please ensure the item(s) you are returning is unworn and with all original materials including tags and accessories, and packed with original packaging.
- Shipping cost is not refundable.
- All “FINAL SALE” items and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We offer flat rate $7.99 for US order return from continental US.
- Customers who return orders from Alaska and Hawaii are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive your return package, we will start processing the refund for you. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after it's been approved and you will receive an email with the details of your refund. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
